President of Serbian Assembly, Ivica Dačić, stated today that the referendum on changing the Constitution in the field of justice should be held on January 16.

Dacic said that amendments should be adopted by then, stating that the text should be presented at the parliamentary session on November 30."It was supposed to be on November 29, but I wanted to avoid that date," Dacic told TV Pink.
Dacic reminded of one thing when it comes to the referendum, stating that for the change of the Constitution, that is, for the success of the referendum, 50 percent of the registered voters are no longer needed, and that agreement, as he added, was signed in 2006.
