Chances are slim for any kind of agreement between Belgrade and Prisitna, unless Kosovo gets UN seat", James Hooper said.

When asked to comment recent mention of border changes by both countries' officials Hopper said that people in Kosovo should approach the subject carefuly because the future relations with USA and EU are in question.
According to Hooper the change of borders could affect Bosnia and Herzegovina and Macedonia.
"It is very important that UN be involved in the process and show dedication to to achieve results. It's important that this issue is analysed from a broader perspective", Hopper pointed out.
Commenting the statement that London and Berlin are firmly against any border change while Washington is softening its stance, Hooper stated that Washington would surely have a different view on the issue.
"That is why the people of Kosovo should be clear on the fact that USA is not the same today as it was in 1998.-1999. or in 2000. Situation is different. It's not good for Kosovo to head toward future with a hostile neighbour Serbia. Serbia lessening its hostility is very important for Kosovo" Hooper pointed out.

This is how diplomats send messages to their intended recipient - Serbia.
In translation, Serbia MUST stop the hostility towards Kosova as it is in US interest. So, Serbia will be pacified - with or without medication.

Why does it matter to USA and EU if Kosovo and Serbia change the borders. If it brings peace and stability to the people its a win win. Serbia and Kosovo should just do the talks with out these other people around and just come to an agreement and move on with everything. Macedonia Bosnia have nothing to do with Kosovo and Serbia. He is right about one thing. Usa is much weaker now then 20 years ago. Obama seen to that in his 8 years in office. Dam politics. Cant people just get along like we do in Canada :)

Too bad that many Kosova* politicians can't read 4th grade level, never mind them reading between the lines as this article calls them to.
Perhaps they'll get a hint if Dacic sings them this here famous children's song.

@ tomislav - LOL, well...if you mean "pacified" with heavy investment", international acknowledgement and stature, then we have no problem;)
Maybe "kosova" sould be asking, or begging, for this "pacification, no? ...with or without medication;)

Hey Azir, did you know this?
If you are spending more time with your goatfriend and eating pizza than doing your daily chores, you might be a natural indigenous Albanian.

One Kosovo* Albanian official was all confused on the UN issue and all the fuss surrounding it said that they don't really need a seat at the UN, said they could squat as usual or bring their own chair from Pristina. [link]

Simply put, post-clintonian western politics got mortaly stuck between the creations of their own making: dystopian daytonian Bosnia, and wannabe halfbred tribal 'state' of Ahtisaristan. There is a single, and the only one solution to this problem for the West: Do for the Serbs the same thing you have done for Germans in 1989. ... There is no other longterm solution. ... Period!!!

Oh my little fake Italian Albo no, they don’t. If the US wants to send Serbia a message they use the US ambassador in Belgrade not a former diplomat turned lobbyist, mate.
You love raving on and on for the sake of reading your own nonsense on this site?

Hooper isn’t much of a diplomat if he must rely on an anonymous B92 moniker to translate his messages. Alternatively, Tomy troll doesn’t know what Hooper meant and Tomy troll lives in an imaginary world where diplomats send him messages for translation.

"No UN seat. No territorial exchange. No partition. Frozen conflict.
(Navi, 22 August 2018 16:20)"
Haha, you must be a recluse Serbian monk from the Stara Chetnikia mountains. It seems most of your co-patriots are tired of a frozen conflict though.
Although inconvenient for now, a frozen conflict would not be so bad for us either long term. NATO is donating millions to build air bases in Albania and revamp the Albanian Air Force. The Albanian army is already patrolling most of Kosovo together with the Kosovo force. When the conflict unfreezes it will not be in your favor ;)

Does it really matter which pacification's end Serbia gets? If it makes you sleep tighter, then feel free to assume it means money or whatever else Jimy tells you.

Thanks for reading my comments eagerly.
Since you seem to believe that you know everything about the US, would you kindly tell us who did the US use to pass the message through to Serbs when they decided to send the warplanes and Tomahawks to Serbia - as somebody said - for beautiful 78 days?
Could have that person been Chernomyrdin? Was Chernomyrdin the US ambassador in Belgrade!? Or maybe they used the Chinese embassy in Belgrade!?
Again, thanks for reading my comments eagerly.
