BELGRADE French Ambassador Francois-Xavier Deniau has stressed that the holding of elections in Kosovo and Metohija was an essential part of the Brussels agreement. "Good unfolding of elections on November 3 in Kosovo is an essential element of the agreement between Belgrade and Pristina. For Serbs from Kosovo it is important to vote in large numbers: it is also a condition for their interests to be represented," the French ambassador told B92 on Friday in Belgrade.
