Belgrade, Priština “make progress in dialogue”

Although progress was made during a dialogue of the working groups of Belgrade and Priština, there was no full agreement, the European Commission has released.

  1. It's not debatable that Serbia is totally recognizing Kosovo independence with any deal with any terms about bidder or crossings or customs being collected. Serbia is recognizing Kosovo independence.

    We know that IBM means border and I hope educated serbs also knowes that.
