Drašković visits Israel
The two countries bilateral relations and the future status of Kosovo will top the agenda.The Serbian foreign minister will also take the opportunity to hold talks with the patriarch of the Greek Orthodox Church in Jerusalem. Drašković is scheduled to meet Avigdor Lieberman, leader of Yisrael Beitenu, who recently joined the Israeli coalition cabinet. However, he will meet Drašković in the capacity of the chairman of the Serbian-Israeli Friendship group in the Knesset.
During his visit to Israel, Vuk Drašković will give a lecture entitled, “Serbs and Jews”. The event is organized by the Israeli International Relations Council.
The visit represents a milestone in the relations between the two countries, as it is the first visit by a Serbian foreign minister to the State of Israel.
