The average net salary in Serbia totaled RSD 35,777 (EUR 354) in March and was 0.7 percent nominally higher than in February. In real terms its value was lower by 1.9 percent, the Statistical Office said on Tuesday. Average March monthly salary EUR 354 Relative to the same month in 2010, the net salary in March 2011 was nominally higher by 6.8 percent. The real-terms value of the wages was lower by 6.4 percent. Average net salaries in the period from January to March 2011 were nominally higher by 10 percent compared to the same period in 2010, while their real value was 2.4 percent lower.
