Javier Solana said that the EU constructively responded to Kosovo’s unilateral independence declaration. After yesterday’s meeting of the European Union Council of Ministers, the EU high official for security and foreign policies said that an "agreement has been reached with United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon for sending the EU mission (EULEX) to Kosovo."
