“Army won't act without KFOR request”

Trade Minister: Serbia not preparing embargo

Predrag Bubalo says that Serbia is not preparing a trade embargo for Kosovo in the event of an independence declaration.

Bubalo told Vienna daily WirtschaftsBlatt that Serbia would sign the Stabilization and Association Agreement with the European Union only if it was accepted as a sovereign country, reiterating that the international community had set Serbia many conditions.
