Bosnia leaders leave for Iraq

Chairman of the Bosnian Presidency, Nebojša Radmanović, a Bosnian Serb, and his two colleagues Haris Silajdžić, a Bosniak, and Željko Komšić, a Bosnian Croat, will visit the fifth rotation of the 36-member Bosnian Army demining team operating south of Baghdad.

It is the first collective trip the three presidents have taken since they assumed their posts after last October's elections.

The Bosnian deployment in Iraq is comprised of three teams of 10 officers and a command team of six, including soldiers from all three Bosnian ethnic groups — Muslim Bosniaks, Catholic Croats and Orthodox Serbs.
