Former camp concentration inmates from the RS will block the Bosnian Court building unless they receive a reply to whether crimes against Serbs will be tried. President of the Republic of Srpska (RS) Camp Inmates Union Branislav Dukic told Bosnian Fox TV that a few days ago a complaint had been sent to the High Court and the Bosnian Prosecutors’ Union against the Bosnian Prosecution for failure and inefficiency in processing crimes committed against Serbs. RS camp inmates threaten to block courts “It is never too late to find out the truth about the suffering of the Serb people in the last war in the former Yugoslavia. It is we ourselves who have to prove it, the sufferers, who passed through 536 camps within the Bosnian Federation,“ said Dukic. He added that members of the corresponding Croat organization were also unhappy with the work of the judicial organs, particularly with the verdict in the case of former Bosnian Muslim Commander Rasim Delic. “[Hague Chief Prosecutor Serge] Brammertz’s closest associates have admitted to us that they had to dilute the indictment against Rasim Delic on three occasions, and even delete certain sections, which is why he got what he got. However, they couldn’t tell us on whose orders this had been,“ explained Dukic. He said that this proved that the Hague Tribunal was a political, not legal, court, and that the Bosnian courts were busy following suit.
