WB: Result better than expected
Verheijen said at the Regional Investment Summit NIN Focus, whose media partner is Tanjug News Agency, that good economic results are the consequence of higher exports and investments. The long-term goal should be a GDP that increases by four percent annually, he said.
The growth has to reach 4 - 4.5 percent a year, as this is the only way Serbia will be able to come closer to the EU and be an equal member, Verheijen stressed.
