A Chinese trade center worth EUR 25mn was officially opened today in Belgrade's municipality of Zemun. The center, named KTC Zmaj (CTC Dragon), offers a new concept of wholesales, opportunities for business networking and creates 500 new jobs, it has been announced. Chinese trade Dragon in Belgrade The center marks China's largest Greenfield investment in Serbia to date. The owners plan to invest a further EUR 7mn in a commercial building that will be constructed in mid-2011. Currently, the trade center spreads on 5.5 hectares in Zemun, with 40,000 sq meters of business space.
