ESSYLA će na Evroviziji 2026. predstavljati Belgiju sa pesmom &quot;Dancing on the Ice&quot;.Poreklom iz Pervea, u Valonskom Brabantu, Esila je postala poznata publici kada je stigla do finala devete sezone takmičenja The Voice.Jo&scaron; u mladosti, Esila je osnovala svoj prvi bend. U želji da dodatno izgradi svoj umetnički identitet, usavr&scaron;avala je vokalnu tehniku na IMEP-u u Namiru. Odrasla uz francusku muziku, Esila je ubrzo razvila sopstveni ukus slu&scaron;ajući velike izvođače džeza, folka, roka i fanka.Esila je započela karijeru objavljivanjem svoja prva dva singla, Let You Go i Not My Kind of Dude.
