Two names removed from list of states that recognize Kosovo

These alleged recognitions were announced in 2011 and 2012 by Behgjet Pacollli, who now serves as Kosovo's foreign minister. This was happening during the second term of then PM Hashim Thaci.

Pacolli was also announcing Mali's recognition, but that country was never included in the official list.

On Thursday, the newspaper said that nine years after making the declaration of independence, Kosovo does not know how many countries have recognized its "statehood."

All this comes after Suriname informed Serbia that it was revoking its recognition of Kosovo.
