Vučić: FSB's categorical conclusion - no acoustic devices were used; You've done a lot of harm to your country

At the beginning of his address, Vučić congratulated the election of the new government and said that people can be proud of their country.

He also said that because of the blockades, the entire economic activity has slowed down and no one else is responsible but those who tried to destroy the country.

About going to Moscow

"There is a period of enormous diplomatic activity, as well as great pressure due to the events in Moscow and the victory parade on May 9, that is, 80 years since the victory over fascism, in which we announced the participation of one unit of the Serbian Army and myself. FSB report on sonic cannon

He then spoke about a report by the Russian intelligence agency FSB about the use of sonic weapons at the March 15 protest.

"Yesterday we received the official report of the Russian Security Service FSB. What I had insight into, you will also have it on the Security Intelligence Agency BIA website. This is in Serbian, I will read you the conclusion on the other side, and then I will tell you what these people have done. “We got the official report from the FSB and it is on the Security Intelligence Agency (BIA) site. The report states categorically that the acoustic device that the police has was not used during the protest,” Vučić said.

Vučić then read the report of the Russian FSB intelligence service.

The FSB report says that “based on results obtained, we can reach the categorical conclusion that an acoustic device of the LRAD type which the Serian police has was not used during the protest”.

"That's the conclusion. Now I'll tell you what they did. They analyzed, research was carried out in three directions. The first is the study of the technical characteristics of LRAD sound emitters, so I don't want to read everything now, you'll read it yourself. Which are in possession of the Serbian police authorities, which the opposition stated that they were officially applied by the authorities in order to exert influence on the civilians who participated in the rally. Analysis two, the analysis of the video materials that were submitted from the place of the alleged application of the acoustic source and the movements of the persons who participated in rally, and three realizations of operational measures by the BIA in terms of the interrogation of members of the BIA, the police and the medical teams who attended the rally. The first stage, you will notice, is a fantastically powerful service, we are not able to do this. They used living beings to prove and confirm their theory, but they used dogs, as they often do in their experiments."

He pointed out that on March 15, everything was ready for a violent takeover of power.

"On March 15, the final implementation of the color revolution was attempted. Everything was prepared for a violent takeover of power. This was not organized randomly, this was a planned and deliberate attack on the state with the aim of violently overthrowing the constitutional order. One lie caught up with another. My question for all competent state bodies is who will be held accountable for this. I will not calm down as long as I live, I am president for another year and a half. I will seek and insist on every kind of responsibility, at least on the criminal-legal responsibility of those who misled the public that there was any acoustic weapon, any sound cannon that was applied at the rally that they organized. This was part of the informational-psychological war," he said.

Detailed FSB report

"On March 30 to 31, a survey of the emitters was carried out in the field, provided by the police, one piece of each model. At the specialized training ground, it will be in two stages. In the first stage, the technical characteristics of the emitters were studied and the research of the mentioned emitters was carried out in the basic and test mode. The test mode is a mode of generating specially formed signals that ensures the possibility of forming an acoustic field at the maximum distance. In the first stage, the evaluation of the emitter was carried out when affecting biological objects, dogs in this case. The choice of dogs as objects and their high sensitivity to acoustic influences is said to be 16 times more sensitive than humans, and they were able to notice whether something was done or not. The impact of the emitters on animals was realized at a distance of 200, 150, and 25 meters from the sound source frequency. The formation of an acoustic field with a sound range of approximately 100 meters is realized practically instantly. During the emission of basic and test signals, biological objects did not feel discomfort at the distance that was investigated. Control of the condition of the dogs three days after the research also showed no changes in their condition," the president read.

Analysis of audio and video material during the protest

As he read further, the research was carried out in detail.

"Under two, an analysis of audio and video materials was carried out, which provided footage that was made by various recording devices, mobile phones and street surveillance cameras during the rally. The research of the mentioned materials was carried out in order to determine the completeness and absence of signs of montage. During the analysis of the form and frequency composition of the signal on the audio data, no signs of analog copying of the signal, audio data in the form of a change in the form and parameters of the amplitude-frequency characteristics of the signal, an increase in the noise level of the signal, a change in the meaning of the frequency of harmonic factors, the harmonization of existing factors were detected, etc. No public traces were detected in the file structure that would indicate the use of software audio and video editors. No artificially generated acoustic signals, including those with high amplitude, were detected in the signal spectrum of the analyzed files, he added:

"The signals in the spectrum correspond to the acoustic sounds that are heard during their production, the sound of the crowd, screams, whistling, etc. Based on the obtained results, a categorical conclusion can be made that the acoustic devices of the LRAD emitter type, and beyond, which are owned by the police authorities of Serbia, were not used during the protest. In addition, an evaluation of the social-psychological atmosphere among the participants at the meeting was carried out. So, at this moment, they are revealing and you can read what the people with hoodies, hoods, security guards were doing, how they created panic, which street they came from, I had no idea about this, I didn't want to deal with this. And that's why it spreads in two directions and to two completely different ends. Therefore, some went to Tarazije, others went to Slavija."

On the blocking of RTS

Vučić pointed out that he strongly condemns the unconstitutional blockade of RTS.

"I strongly condemn the violence against the RTS journalist, I don't know her name, last night, against many others where you saw why they accused people of the middle finger. Suddenly that middle finger became popular again. When it suits them, it is the height of primitivism, and then when their people show the middle finger in the middle of Dnevnik or I don't know where, then it is the height of democracy. The height of love, I guess, for the citizens of Serbia. I strongly condemn attacks on journalists who report from the field, from Branka Lazić to Dragana Biberović and many others. I'm sorry that television stations, at least RTS, did not protect their journalists and they should be ashamed of that. I am the president of Serbia and I will always do that. As I will always point out when someone from the other side attacks a journalist, whatever I think about the main platform for the United Group, I have never allowed myself to not answer them," he said.

He says that the truth is always known.

"Shame on you for the sound cannon. Shame on you, you have done a lot of harm to your country. You can never conquer Serbia. Serbia is winning," he said.

"They can't beat Serbia"

Vučić stated that despite the efforts that Serbia will not be defeated, nor destroyed, despite the efforts of some to do so.

Responding to a journalist's question to comment on the statement of the vice-president of the Serbia Center party, Slobodan Cvejić, who said that Vučić is very wrong in his assessments of the student protests and that he does not understand how far they are ready to go in their efforts for change, he said that he knows how far the students are ready to go.

"They destroyed the country and destroyed it in the previous five months, and I can clearly see how far they are ready to go in destroying Serbia," he said in an address to the public at the Palace of Serbia.

Vučić emphasized that, however, they do not understand one thing in the protest, and that is that they cannot defeat Serbia and that they cannot subjugate the Serbian people either with their lies, their fabrications, or anything else.

"They cannot understand that there are libertarian, determined people, who will oppose such bastards as Cvejić, and we are talking about a bully, a vandal and a batterer at every step, and more and more to the point that the competent state authorities will also take all measures in accordance with the law and the constitution," said the president.

He emphasized that no one anywhere is afraid of them anymore.

"They are planning to raid the Kraljevo city administration tonight, so maybe they will change their decision now that I said this," said Vučić.

The president also stated that direct violence will not be allowed.

"They underestimated us, they underestimated Serbia, they underestimated libertarian, determined people, and they also underestimated the spirit of our people who never agreed to enslavement," said Vučić.
