"Kosovo should have referendum on unification with Albania"
A member of the Kosovo Assembly from the ruling PDK party has spoken in favor of organizing a referendum on Kosovo's "unification with Albania."

Dude, as the CB of B92 we are all well aware of icj1's rambling ignorance. icj1 should have realized by now that Naim's and icj3 's criminally corrupt fenced-in ghetto lacks any semblance of order. Furthermore, the criminally corrupt politicians in KiM have been forced to sit obediently in Brussels and listen to Belgrade, so that decisions from Belgrade and KiM may be implemented to provide some order to the corrupt fenced-in ghetto.
Perhaps icj3, like many residents of KiM, chose to obtain documents from Belgrade. If so, then icj3 is treated favorably by the EU and granted visa-free access to the EU. The EU considers residents of KiM without documents from Belgrade a different class alien who have restricted access and must apply for visas for their short term leave from the fenced-in ghetto. Yes, icj1, you too can choose to remain fenced-in if you so wish! (The EU is trying to keep you out anyway).

The dismemberment of Serbia was said to be a one-time-only special case. No further boundary changes were to be allowed (for example, North Mitrovica to remain in Serbia), because that would allegedly cause a chain reaction of all ethnic groups seeking to change their national boundaries. Now that argument looks like a farce and all borders in Eastern Europe are up for grabs.

for all the talk about how well y'all can remember the nineties, about how y'all know the exact counts of human life lost, how y'all remember the outcomes of those horrible wars of independence, y'all forgot 1990 slovenian referendum of independence, the croatian referendum of independence, and the bosnian referendum of independence. all three of these provinces were granted the right to leave based purely on nationalistic/ethnic lines.

Albanian extremists have been inflating their number for a very long time. With Albanians in Albania, Kosovo-Metohija and FYR Macedonia, you have less than 5 million all together. And the number of Serbs in Kosovo-Metohija is around 10%, not 1%. With resettlement projects like "Sunny Valley", that number will increase.
If you look at birthrates only, yea no one has more kids than you guys. Congratulations. But Albanians are also leaving the Balkans in greater number than any other nation. In 2015, Albanians in Kosovo-Metohija were leaving and seeking refuge more than war torn Syria and Iraq! So it's not just about having more kids, it's about building an economy that will allow the people to remain in these lands. And Albanians have proven to be incapable of doing that.
What this call for "unification" proves is that the project of "kosovo"* have been an utter failure. Rampant crime and corruption, population exodus, lowest living standards in Europe. And this after billions of dollars have flooded the territory since the war in donations. Not even loans. You had such a wonderful opportunity, and you blew it. But how about the massacres,expellings,deportaions, discrimination, and oppression carried out by serbs against albanian people from 1912-1999 when kosova was a colonial state occupied by the serbs? No. The war of Independence in 1998-1999 was not the first time serbs commited atrocities against albanian civilians, they have done that for a looooong time, they started that already in 1912 and continued since then. However it seems that most issues in Balkans happen due to inability to coexist, maybe there needs to be a redrawing of borders in Balkans.
Serbs and Albanians will benefit the most, but maybe history has just been unfair to them.
Bosnia and Macedonia will be much smaller.
