"He is not interested; Meeting with Vučić was forced by the international community"

Former Minister for European Integration of Kosovo, Bekim Çolaku, and advisor to former President Hashim Thaci, assessed that the Brussels dialogue is in the most difficult phase.

According to the online writing of the Euronews Albania portal, Çolaku said that the current Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, is not interested in dialogue in Brussels, and that meetings with Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić were forced by the international community.

Çolaku states that in those negotiations "there was a tendency to reopen technical issues" and that "the dialogue was only superficial and used for internal political purposes", while Kosovo deepened its isolation with this approach.

"Three parties are to blame for the stagnation of the dialogue, Kosovo, Serbia and the international community, which, seeing that Kosovo and Serbia are not ready for a final agreement, did not use mechanisms to push them," Çolaku said.

He stated that the United States, although not the official mediator in the dialogue, was present in every agreement reached during this process.
