There will never be any final agreement as Serbia's position is let Kosova stagnate and most will end up leaving. You only have to look at Croatia where it started off with 4.5 million but today its 2.8 and according to the Croatian Pension Insurance Institute there are 1.2 million pensioners.
Both are disappearing but for very different reasons.
Kurti is supported by the US of Piss and Wind. They do not care about their Albo allies and will let everyone die for the good of the empire LOL.
