Serbia and Azerbaijan have strategic defense agreements.
Also more then 20 other strategic agreements going back to 2013.
It goes back to Azerbaijani coming to Croatia in 2012 and asking it to train it's armed forces.
Supply it with Croatian made military equipment as they were so impressed with how easily Croatian armed forces defeated rooted the Serb criminality.
Croatia refused rebuffed the Azerbaijani Turks offers they knew they would use it on the Armenians.
Then Azerbaijani Turks went to immoral Serbia [link] that jumped at the offer with no questions asked.
