He is right. Issue shouldn't be opened. Things already agreed and signed need to be implemented and that is it. There is no need to proceed making agreements that won't be implemented. So, what's taking you so long?

Albos have throughout history sided with any power that turns up......
The Kaiser in WW1, their uncle Adolf in WW2 and the murderous fascist Americans in the 90s. They swing whichever way the wind blows with no principles or morals. Their only aim is to play the victim and steal as much land as possible.
I read today that an MP (Elem Arifi) was arrested for fraud. I'm amazed that he hasn't blamed Belgrade for this.......
But then again he has been caught, though sadly most "MPs" in Pristina are corrupt criminals involved in fraud, drugs, corruption, etc....
As for the creation of CSM we can be sure that Albos will do nothing. They sign anything put in front of them but then ignore it, and amazingly blame Serbia. The word of the Albos is worthless.

You were told by the EU that ZSO was signed in 2013 and must be implemented. Are you stupid or not. Signs you are sending that you are fit for an mental asylum.
If since 2013 you have not respected EU time you exclude yourselves, because each time you sign legally binding documents, the next day you cry.

Where do the Albos get these people from? Hoti is even dumber than Haradjin LOL. Yes, yes I know that would be near impossible, but behold he definitely is dumber.
Our current dumbo thinks that the Brussels Agreement is defunct ha, ha, ha. Its not. What Mustapha does not understand, and there are many things in that category, is that under the Brussels Agreement Belgrade fulfilled its part, but the Albos have not so the CSMs have to be formed. I believe that Trump even told Hoti the same.
Let’s look at Kosova’s future. Fact is that Belgrade can keep the status quo for ever since Kosovo has nothing and its population is shrinking fast due to migration and the rest are succumbing to the virus. Oh if you think that no recognition no EU, well according to my calculation Serbia will be lucky to join the EU by 2060 at the earliest due to the current financial crises, provided its still around but there will not be one Albo left in Kosova.
