BELGRADE Prime Minister Ivica Dacic called on Serbs on Thursday to vote in the repeated local elections in Kosovo at three polling stations in Kosovska Mitrovica. Dacic called on Serbs to vote in the repeated elections on November 17 and assume a serious stand because this matter bears relevance for the survival of Serbs. The elections will be repeated in three polling stations in Kosovska Mitrovica where incident occurred during the voting in an atmosphere marked by tensions and pressures on voters by supporters of the boycott of elections which were for the first time organised by Pristina in the northern part of the province.
