Prior to resuming their regular work on Tuesday, Serbian MPs will be addressed by European Enlargement Commissioner Stefan Fule. As the Serbian parliament announced, Fule, who will be visiting Serbia on Tuesday, will address MPs at a special sitting that is to start a little before noon. EU commissioner to address MPs After Fule's address, MPs will resume their regular agenda of the first sitting of the spring session, at which they are to consider amendments pertaining to the regulations on census of population, households, apartments and agriculture. The proposed changes stipulate that the census of population, households and apartments be postponed for October 1-15 this year, and the census of agriculture for the same period 2012. Twenty-three amendments have been submitted so far, and the government has not accepted either of them.
