Podgorica, Priština to have "full diplomatic relations"

Montenegrin Parliamentary Speaker Ranko Krivokapic says he expects "full diplomatic relations between Podgorica and Pristina" over the coming months. Krivokapic said that there are "many reasons for doing so". He said that "when establishing diplomatic relations, interest of the two countries should be taken into consideration, because that it was the citizens want".
