Opposition SNS party leader Tomislav Nikolic has called on PM Mirko Cvetkovic to resign, "giving Serbian citizens an opportunity to choose new leaders". “I call on you to resign and provide an opportunity for citizens to go to the polls and choose the ones they want to be led by. They might choose you once again, but that would be a true miracle,” Nikolic said addressing the parliament on Thursday. Opposition leader advises PM to resign At today's questions time, MPs will focus on two subject - the Marty report on the Kosovo human organ trafficking, and the way in which public companies run their business. Commenting on the two topics of the agenda, opposition Serb Radical Party (SRS) MP Aleksandar Martinovic said that such essential issues require two separate sittings, pointing out that placing them on the same agenda represents a “brutal infringement of the Rules of Procedure”, while the representative of the Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) Ivan Andric estimated that parliament will not have enough time to discuss both topics. Speaker Slavica Djukic-Dejanovic said, however, that there would be "ample time" for MPs to pose relevant questions, and for the prime minister and his ministers to provide their answers.
