Štrpce: Second attacker arrested

A suspect in yesterday’s knife attack on Dejan Stanojević in Bitinja has turned himself in to police, says Kosovo Police Service (KPS) spokesman Arber Beka.

A suspect in yesterday’s knife attack on Dejan Stanojevic in Bitinja has turned himself in to police, says Kosovo Police Service (KPS) spokesman Arber Beka. “Sometime after 16:00 CET, police called round his house. His family was informed that the suspect needed to report to the police station to give a statement. Not long after, at about 18:00 CET, he turned himself in to police,” Beka told Radio KIM, though he declined to reveal the suspect’s name. Strpce: Second attacker arrested Stanojevic, who suffered two stab wounds to his rib cage, was initially treated in Strpce health center before being operated on in Gracanica hopital, and is no longer believed to be in critical condition. Another attacker was arrested yesterday. Beka said earlier that police did not know the motive for the attack, but suspected it may have been a case of road rage.

Stanojević, who suffered two stab wounds to his rib cage, was initially treated in Štrpce health center before being operated on in Gračanica hopital, and is no longer believed to be in critical condition.

Another attacker was arrested yesterday.

Beka said earlier that police did not know the motive for the attack, but suspected it may have been a case of road rage.
