PM: Serbia to help RS in wake of Zvornik attack

The attack is "terrible news both for the RS and Serbia," Vucic told the state broadcaster Radio and Television of Serbia late on Monday.

In keeping with the Dayton Agreement, RS President Milorad Dodik asked for Serbia's help, the prime minister noted.

Vucic said that Serbia will help the Serb entity in Bosnia financially and with intelligence, "not impairing anyone's integrity in doing so."

He announced that Dodik and RS Interior Minister Dragan Lukac will come to Belgrade in two days' time for a meeting with him and Serbia's Interior Minister Nebojsa Stefanovic.

One police officer was shot dead and two others were wounded on Monday evening when a gunman broke into the police station in Zvornik.
