BELGRADE The decision of north Kosovo Serbs to temporarily stop protest at Jarinje was "an expression of confidence they place in the state". This is how Director of the Government Office for Kosovo and Metohija Aleksandar Vulin interpreted the outcome of a joint session of the four Serb municipalities in northern Kosovo. Serbs' decision means they "trust their government" “That is an expression of trust they put in their own state, in their Serbia, as there is no greater guarantee for Serbs than the one given by the government and president of the Republic of Serbia,” Vulin told Tanjug. He added that in this way, Serbs from Kosovo and Metohija said that they want to be part of their state.
