A Ukrainian member of the mission of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) was killed during the Russian bombing of Kharkiv, the organization announced last night."Maryna Fenina, a local member of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission in Ukraine, was killed in the bombing of Kharkiv on Tuesday (March 1st) while procuring food for her family in a city that has become a war zone," the statement said.
The organization, which recently ordered the departure of its monitoring mission due to the conflict, condemned the intensive bombing of civilian cities and called on Russia to end the conflict and "engage in meaningful dialogue".
