MOSCOW Russian President Vladimir Putin and his U.S. counterpart Barack Obama on Friday agreed to work closely on high-profile world issues. Those issues include Syria, the Middle East peace process, Iran’s nuclear program and plans for anti-missile defense, the Kremlin said.
