AMSS adopts statute according to new laws
The Automobile and Motorcycle Association of Serbia (AMSS) has adopted a new statute, harmonizing all its workings in relation to the Law for Associations.

The Automobile and Motorcycle Association of Serbia (AMSS) has adopted a new statute, harmonizing all its workings in relation to the Law for Associations. Aleksandar Nikacevic was elected as the AMSS secretary general, the new Assembly President will be Gliso Cuk, while the new President of the Board of Directors will be Branislav Simovic. AMSS adopts statute according to new laws According to a statement from the AMSS, at the assembly, “all auto-moto clubs showed readiness to join the AMSS, harmonize their statues and grow into sections as new organizational forms according to the Law for Associations, which the AMSS statute was harmonized with." The association stated that the statute enables members “to have a lot more influence on the policies and work of their organizations, to achieve basic rights for choosing and being chosen in the administrative bodies of their organizations.” The statement adds that 85 percent of the invited delegates attended the assembly meeting in Vrnjacka Banja and that the statute was adopted unanimously.
