Bulgaria: 73 kg of heroin seized
Bulgarian police have seized 73 kilograms of heroin and arrested five members of an organized crime group, the Novinite agency stated.

Bulgarian police have seized 73 kilograms of heroin and arrested five members of an organized crime group, the Novinite agency stated. Police in the south-eastern city of Stara Zagora and the unit for the fight against organized crime (GDBOP) implemented a special operation in central Bulgaria which was the culmination of several months of following the activities of several suspects. Bulgaria: 73 kg of heroin seized 117 packages of heroin were found in the car of one suspected and another 29 packages were found about a half hour later in the possession of two other suspects. Two other persons have been arrested for complicity in the crimes.
