Holbrooke also met with another member of the Bosnian Presidency, Zeljko Komsic. “The Dayton Accords are clear. There can be no breakaway of any of Bosnia-Hercegovina’s parts, the country’s entities are a reality, and it’s necessary to pluck up the courage to bolster constitutional organization for Bosnia-Hercegovina to be able to take further steps towards the EU, and quickly become a member of Euro-Atlantic integration,” the U.S. diplomat told Komsic.
