Presidents of Slovenia, Montenegro, and Croatia - Borut Pahor, Filip Vujanovic, and Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic - have confirmed their attendances, as have all three members of the presidency of Bosnia-Herzegovina.Hungary's prime minister, Viktor Orban, and Macedonia's president, Gjorge Ivanov, are also expected in Belgrade on June 23, as are "top representatives" of Romania, Greece, and Austria.
According to this, the EU should be represented by Neighborhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations Commissioner Johannes Hahn.
Russia and China will send "special envoys" - Federation Council Chairwoman Valentina Matviyenko, and a government delegation, respectively.
