PM: Resolution deepens differences

If thedraft is adopted at the UN Security Council and Russia does not use its power of veto to stop it, the Serb entity in Bosnia, the RS, "will know that it only has Serbia, and our country that in tough times it can rely only on itself," he told the state broadcaster RTS, and added that he "could not predict the outcome of consultations between Great Britain and the Russian Federation.

“We only have a single, very easy question for the writers of the resolution, and if I get a positive answer, Serbia will change its stance. We are asking the British government to show us two people who have reconciled thanks to this resolution. Not nations, just two individuals. There is no such thing. They (the British government) have only made the differences deeper and aroused heavy emotions without being the least bit worried about reconciliation,” said Vucic.

"They care only about the legal qualification of a crime, while Serbia has all the while been talking about victims, talking about how we need to pay our respects to the Muslim, Bosniak victims, just as we are paying them to the Serbian ones. And that is the true greatness of our people - we are talking about people and their destinies, while they, speaking falsely about the fates of people all the time, insist on the legal qualification of the crime so that we could suffer legal and political consequences. This is essentially what we are talking about here,” Vucic said.
