Milenko Dzeletovic, the coordinator of the Serbian Progressive Party's (SNS) economic council, said Wednesday that the leading party in the ruling coalition will take over the ministries of finance and economy in the government reshuffle. SNS to Take over Finance and Economy Dzeletovic said First Deputy Prime Minister and SNS leader Aleksandar Vucic is in talks with an economic expert from the United States, 29-year-old Serbian Lazar Krstic, about him taking over as minister of finance. Milenko Dzeletovic, the coordinator of the Serbian Progressive Party told Radio Television of Serbia that Vucic and Krstic met and discussed an economic program. "Krstic is actually the SNS's message to all creative and intelligent young people who have sadly had to leave the country in recent decades that our door is wide open," said Dzeletovic. He added that the SNS symbolically wanted to show that it wants even "the most responsible post in the government, which is certainly the minister of finance" to go to "a creative young man as a symbol of good will, so that people would come back to Serbia and put their intellect to work for the development of the country." Dzeletovic said "Krstic is a symbol of a new policy and the reshuffled government's endeavor to get everyone - experts in the country and our people abroad - working together in the coming years to balance public finances and create jobs." /Tanjug, file/ Tanjug
