BELGRADE Serbian PM and Interior Minister Ivica Dacic called once more on the local authorities in Presevo to remove the monument honoring members of a terror group. He stressed that the plaque in memory of the members of the so-called Liberation Army of Presevo, Bujanovac and Medvedja (UCPMB) needed to be removed or else it would be torn down. Dacic calls for removal of terror group memorial in south “Some say that I dare not tear down the monument honoring those who killed police officers,” Dacic said and added that the local authorities should remove the monument by themselves and that otherwise it would be destroyed because the Serbian government had the executive power in every part of the country's territory. During the session of the Socialist Party of Serbia (SPS) Main Board on Saturday, he said that Albanians should ask themselves whether they built the monument in order build bad national relations. Dacic underscored once more that there was no room for bad interethnic relations and added that some members of the Serbian government were representatives of ethnic minorities and the government's door was still open to representatives of the Alliance of Vojvodina Hungarians.
