This is only right. This would be a like to Muslims putting an Al-Qaeda memorial in NYC, commemorating the suicide bombers who blew up the WTC. You live in a country, you should play by it's rules, if you do not like it, you have the choice to move. Case closed!

I don't see any problem with that plaque, it would be like Madrid allowing memorials on Spanish soil for Basque terrorists killed while murdering Spanish police. Maybe Serbs can erect a plaque for killed Serbian police in Pristina? What kind of a taste would that leave in the mouths of Albanians, and how long do you think that plaque would survive there?

the conflict in Presheva valey ended with political agreement where memebrs of the same UCPMB were part of accords reached. The conflict should only be viewd as symbol of the Balkan stupidity that we need conflicts to advace basic rights which we are unable to understand them without shooting at eachother. The conflict of 2000/1 was catalyctic and helped to advance the democratic standards.

Albanians destroy Serbian cultural monuments all the time. This memorial to terrorists and criminals has no place in Serbia. Blow it up and arrest anyone getting in the way.

Well who did serbs asked when they build a new church in north kosovo? If you ( Ivica ) take it down, the church will be destroyd and other more things. Their are plenty of RPG:s left in kosovo. And serbs are wondering why serbs in kosovo are getting a a** whooping, well like a said, Belgrad is the bully.

Nobody went to Belgrade and built a memorial there ;they built it in their own land ! These fighters that died were fighting for their rights and the memorial will always be there! If Dacic wants to put it down , than tell him to come and put it down! They want more rights and all kinds of authority fo citizens of Kosovo with serb ethnicity but when it comes to albanians in Serbia than Dacic uses a double standart! This mentality of trying to surpress the other has only shrinked Serbia! If Millosheviç did not strip the autonomy of Kosovo and discriminated albanians, today there would not be a Kosovo problem cause there would be no cause to fight for! Remember the intervention in Kosovo was a humanitarian crisis created by the same mentality ! Don't built your country on a hate platform! Live & let live!

There are murials remembering the IRA in the UK, so what is the issue here? The Serbs should errect a monument of their own, then everyone can have a monument honouring their dead and loved ones.

I have a fair solution, move the monument to private property where it is not visible from the roadway. Problem solved, free speech preserved. Allow a statue of Arkan in Tirana, under the same constraints.

The Serbs commit 'Genocide' in BiH and they continue to erect monuments in Banja Luka and in Eastern Bosnia for there so called heroes !
