The arrest warrants for Kurti and three more MPs of Self-Determination were issued by the Basic Court in Pristina after months of disrupting parliament by firing tear gas and staging other incidents inside the assembly hall and provoking riots in the streets.

The opposition is against the implementation of the Brussels agreement on formation of the Community of Serb Municipalities and "border demarcation with Montenegro.
"Speaking during the protest staged by three opposition parties in central Pristina, Kurti said that "Kosovo's opposition will not allow formation of the Community of Serb Municipalities" and that "Kosovo should unite with Albania."

He said that the opposition "cannot allow having Serbia three kilometers from Pristina" adding that "instead of uniting for Albania, the Kosovo government has united with Serbia."
About 10,000 people assembled in downtown Pristina on November 28, Beta reported.

During the protest, Initiative for Kosovo leader Fatmir Limaj urged Kosovo PM Isa Mustafa "to suspend all of the agreements that he had signed, organize a referendum on the agreements or call a snap election."
