"Overall assessment of EC progress report positive"

Michael Davenport described as positive the overall assessment contained in <a href="http://www.b92.net/eng/news/politics.php?yyyy=2015&mm=11&dd=10&nav_id=95999" class="text-link" target= "_blank">the European Commission's report</a> on Serbia's progress in the EU integration process.

"Overall assessment of EC progress report positive"

"We may say the general assessment is rather positive. This year's report is significant because it contains a larger number of more detailed recommendations," Davenport told N1.

He said that the EU would "insist on the implementation of the Brussels agreement," and underscored that the bloc was "aware of the importance that Serbia attached to the Community of Serb Municipalities, and that it was of immense importance for citizens in Kosovo."
