Peskov stated that, for now, there is no credible evidence indicating who might be behind the attempted attack on the European section of this vital energy artery, which is currently operating under extreme pressure, Sputnik reports.

He also said that the "Kyiv regime has repeatedly attacked" parts of the TurkStream and Blue Stream pipelines, emphasizing that the situation is extremely dangerous.

“The situation is potentially very dangerous. We know that the infrastructure—various parts of both TurkStream and Blue Stream—has been attacked multiple times by the Kyiv regime,” Peskov said, commenting on the situation regarding the pipeline.

He added that Russia is taking measures to ensure the security of the TurkStream and Blue Stream pipeline infrastructure.

It is worth noting that on Sunday, in the municipality of Kanjiža, a large quantity of explosives was found near the pipeline, along with items and tools necessary for their preparation and use.
