In a post on X, von Beckerath stressed that anyone wishing to criticize or raise complaints against any media outlet should do so in a dignified manner and through established legal, regulatory, and co-regulatory mechanisms.

''At the same time, we reiterate our call on REM to demonstrate independence and integrity in its work. We also remind all media outlets of their responsibility to contribute to a fair, responsible, and constructive public discourse'', von Beckerath wrote.

Last night, a group of Student List supporters stormed the building housing Informer TV, interrupted its broadcast, vandalized the premises, and threatened employees.

A group of Student List supporters later gathered outside the TV Pink building and subsequently outside the Radio Television of Serbia (RTS) headquarters.
