The Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Novi Sad announced today that in connection with the audio recording of the conversation, the content of which suggests that certain activists of political parties and other organizations are conspiring to organize riots at the protest in Belgrade, submitted a request to collect the necessary information to the Criminal Police Directorate.

"Regarding the audio recording of the conversation that was broadcast on March 13, 2025 in the evening hours on several channels with a national frequency, from the content of which there is a suspicion that certain activists of political parties and other organizations are conspiring to organize riots at the protest in Belgrade that will be held on March 15, 2025, with the violent invasion and occupation of state institutions and the facilities of the Public Media Institution Radio and Television of Serbia, the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Novi Sad informs the public that, in accordance with the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure, it submitted a request for the collection of the necessary information to the Criminal Police Directorate in order to establish all the facts, circumstances of the event, as well as to collect evidence with the aim of establishing all the essential elements of the criminal offense and the criminal responsibility of the person, about which the public will be informed in a timely manner and on a regular basis," the statement said.

The Public Prosecutor's Office again appeals for respect for public order and peace and informs the public that any form of violence will be sanctioned in accordance with the law.

Let's recall that last night five television channels broadcast audio recordings in which a group of opposition politicians and students in the blockade are heard planning to impose the idea of a transitional government at the protest announced for Saturday in Belgrade, but also that a certain group of their people withdraw others in order to provoke violence, which would lead to a civil war.

According to the information obtained by the media, one of the participants in the coup plot secretly filmed his colleagues, the conspirators, and provided the media with evidence of the preparation of the coup.

One of the more striking statements is that of the activist Mila Pajić, in connection with the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić.

"We don't have any legitimacy to replace him at this moment, unfortunately. I don't like it, but that's the way it is. He can't be physically removed, he can only leave. We know that Vučić will be there on the sixteenth of March, that's a fact. The only thing that can happen is that something happens to him," said Pajić.
