Local governor Roman Starovoit stated that there were a total of about 11 launches. "The power plant was hit," Starovoit said on the messaging app Telegram.
"Because of that, there was a partial power outage in the Kursk districts of Sudzha and Korenevo," he added.
We are talking about districts that border Ukraine. For now, there is no information about possible victims, added the governor.
Reuters tried to verify the report. They stated that Ukraine did not take responsibility for the attack or comment on it.
