Speaking on Wednesday, the head of the EU Delegation to Serbia "noted it was time for opening chapters 35 and 32, and that chapters 23 and 24 could be opened in early 2016," Tanjug reported.
"We may say the general assessment is rather positive. This year's report is significant because it contains a larger number of more detailed recommendations," Davenport told N1.
He said that the EU would "insist on the implementation of the Brussels agreement," and underscored that the bloc was "aware of the importance that Serbia attached to the Community of Serb Municipalities, and that it was of immense importance for citizens in Kosovo."
