Could the wool have been pulled over everyone's eyes. Maybe the greater serbia project never died. Maybe it was all part and parcel. Let's look at it. Serbia gets northern kosovo. Vojvodina is not going anywhere as it is majority serb anyway. As time goes on another swap with sandsak for republica serbska. I mean at that point (as an independant serbia) it has never actually been bigger. This whole time it could have been the plan all along from certain powers to either maintain status qou or get it to a greater Serbian plan. I mean the divison of bosnia in such a way to leave the entire right part connecting to serbia even when i was younger seemed odd. Or maybe just all coincidence.

Don't worry about Albania. It may look statistically poor right now due to its gray economy, but once all that dark money they have is laundered through investments in real estate all over the country, it will be you foreigners who will buy those properties and will pay progressively higher property taxes to the Albanian state, forever, making it statistically rich in the process. They have done their math there in Albania, but what revenue sources do you other Balkan states have in your futures? Nothing comparable to Albania, because you didn't accumulate enough capital to invest in a permanent income source like Albania did. Have you seen how much they are building down there? When Albania collects all that property tax from foreigner-owned property, you guys will still be stuck doing agriculture or sucking up to Russia and China for shady investments that make you look less sovereign.

Serbia hands over part of its country, internationally recognised, to a non existent narco pseudo state?. So Serbia gives something it actually owns, while the thieves pretend to give something they don’t have any legal right to offer.

Developers adjacent to the property thought they had a deal to build a skyscraper and a sale but church officials were looking to install a serb broker at the last minutes of negotiations and thus this “accident “ occurred .

So the solution will be territorial exchange. Which is fairly unique to the Kosovo and Serbia case, since no other country in the region can exchange territories. They can only gain or lose, but not exchange like Kosovo and Serbia can. That's why it will be interpreted as a sui generis case once again and it will go through.
