Owing to this agreement signed by the Government of Serbia and the European Commission, Serbia has at its disposal a total of EUR 175 in grants from the EU, whereas with private and incentives of the state, this figure can reach €400 million.
According to Fabrizi, the signing of the agreement is the result of cooperation between the Serbian authorities, primarily Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management Branislav Nedimovic, the EU Delegation and officials in Brussels.
Joksimovic emphasized that this is the first time that Serbian farmers can use grants from the EU, pointing to the importance of the fact that Serbian farmers are starting to become visible and to learn about the opportunities offered to them.
Nedimovic said that EUR 400 million in direct investments concern equipment, facilities for processing and machinery.
Queuing for handouts is new way of going forward for Serbia.

I have never looked a gift horse in the mouth and if the EU are giving money to Serbia why should they not take it. But the real question here is just how much has Kosova received aid for rural development LOL??????
I will just hazard a guess and say SFL. Is thus Albo pride not to take it up? No, it just not available to them since they mostly rely on their relatives working in menial jobs in the EU and US and sending back money for their rels to just to survive LOL.

Receives aid from the evil EU as Serbs say. Without EU Serbia would have looked like North Korea. As usual no aid from mother Russia.
