"Constructive" round of Kosovo talks held in Brussels

The other day Vucic said that Thaci will be arrested if he came to Belgrade, yet he is seating in same room with Thaci aka Snake, and most likely have lunch and dinner together. Try to figure out Serb mentality!?

There's nothing to figure out. Brussels is neutral territory for the leadership of one state and the leadership of a disputed territory to meet and negotiate a number of agreements. The leadership works fine together. It's the nationalists on both sides that raise a stink whenever one side wants to visit the other. Serbs still can't even visit Djakovica without a mob forming, and every Christmas and Easter we hear from Albanian officials in Pristina that this will be the "last" year any official from Belgrade will visit without being arrested.

And yet life goes on. Pay attention a little more and you won't get confused next time.
