1. should north Korea develop a nuclear war head they must also possess the ability to have it detonate after it leaves the launch pad otherwise he will eradicate his entire country.
2. Should he have the capability to launch a missle that could reach the US he will also need to find a way to bypass the US anti missle defense system.
3. Should he launch a nuclear attack on the US even though it will most likely end up in the ocean somewhere hopefully you will convince him to build a bunker deep enough to withstand the onslaught that will follow.
4. Hopefully you will be by his side his last few hours on this planet.
There are 3 countries that have the ability to survive a nuclear war and it is doubtful any of the 3 will survive without major destruction. While other countries possess nuclear capabilities their size would ensure immediate annihilation.
