Negotiations described as "tight rope walk"

Deputy PM in charge of EU integrations Suzana Grubješić has said that the dialogue with Priština represented "a tight rope walk".

Date or no Date it will be at least 10 years before Serbia can join the EU so lets not focus too much on issues that can not do much good in the short term.
Right now Serbia needs jobs, especially for young people. The infrastructure (roads, railways etc.) needs to be fixed now and our deficit (25 billion!) must be addressed immediately.
Kosovo is costing Serbia over 1 million a day! With Kosovo gone we can use this money to do all of the above and more. The only thing Serbia needs to do is guarantee the safety, property and legal status of Serbs living there. I am sure the Albanians do not have a problem with this.
So what is it that is holding back Serbia. It is not Kosovo, not the EU, it is just Politics.
