Serbia must look to Switzerland and stay out of the EU like them. There's no need for Serbia to be under EU dictates - especially and EU that has shown to be, over many year, anti-Serb.

Look to Serbia's interests outside the EU.

Many countries in the EU already are having financial and economical problems: Italy, Bulgaria, Greece, Spain, etc.
Even Slovenia's GDP has fallen the last few years.

The only good the EU does is as a way to export unemployment, but even that will probably mostly be saturated (jobs filled by Eastern Europeans) by the time Serbia would be allowed in, if ever.

"“Serbia ... wants to reach a sustainable, essential agreement between the Serbian and Albanian sides in Kosovo."

"Sustainable" - until the balance of geopolitical forces someday tips, as they hope, in Serbia's favor, when Serbia will set about trying to take Kosovo back. That's really not much of an offer, you know. The Palestinians used to keep offering Israel similar cessations of hostilities in hopes of getting time to rest and rearm, as well as some favorable international press. I don't think the guys in Prishtina are any more likely to fall for it than the Israelis ever were.

Serbia is in no position to offer Kosova autonomy. We can give Serbia autonomy under Kosova constitution.

Funny people this serbs are. Kosova is closer to Tirana rather than Belgrade. It's more realistisc and natural for Kosova to have autonomy as part of Albania.

Serbia will recognize Kosova in the end of the road or no EU membership. We all know this!! Serbs and Serbia should understand that the only way for Kosova to give up it's independence is to be an part of Albania!!!

We had essential autonomy!!! You took that away, how you forget so easily and then sugar coat it as if its the best idea since slice bread. That's not a compromise, thats a return to the past. we both need to move forward and offerr a permanent reconciliation. A sustainable solution is a republic with Serbia, albanian is a second language, albanian prime minister or president or independance.

According to him, Priština, with help from Brussels,

Drecun believes that it could lead to a partial suspension of the dialogue but “what future would both we and Albanians have "

He is completely desoriented like all leading people in Belgrade: Dacic spoke ever about talks with three sides, now we learn what everybody knows that Prishtina i together with EU one side and later comes "we and Albanians". Albanians are living also in the US or Greece-are they also partner of the talks and who is "we", officially is Serbia a side in the talks, but in Serbia are als "Albanians" living. So are "Albanians" sitting together on all sides or are "we" only Serbinans. This would against the Serbian constitution. Or is this politician only somebody without knowledge about his own country, not knowing who is living there. Possibly the EU should first sponsor basic-lessons in political geogrphy or something like this. But me feeling is, its hopeless for people from belgrade.

This guy is another one in Serbian politics who needs a health check. He is trying to sell the Serbian platform for Kosovo as a compromise solution. Is EU trying to join Serbia or other way around? Serbia is losing another diplomatic battle....but what to expect?
